Throughout my 17 years of experience in networking and marketing, I have developed a talent for connecting people and ideas. By interpreting complex data and systems, I can simplify information and make it accessible to others. As some may know, I do not take any Phrama or alt-generated medicines. I have lived the canna life to be stabilized in many ailments. I have epilepsy, but also childhood trauma that includes a sexual and domestic abuse history. I created my own company and different product lines to help encapture everything that I offer.

Now, I offer additional alternative remedies I have found over my journey. You will find plants, herbs, holistic recipes, and other items that have worked well for me and my body. I will post recommended alt-style vendors in the industry here, including therapy, wellness clinics, and more.

Some of the book recommendations and items listed on this website have provided guidance, knowledge, or affirmation of my lifestyle choices over the years. You will discover a world of knowledge that includes various forms of religious texts, science, and history, including brain-related or health. Tales of the known and unknown are how I have always lived my life.
