Usage Policy

You are willingly here and interacting with the materials presented and have valid membership authentication. You must be over 18 to utilize most online checkout systems, credit or debit cards, or have an existing PayPal or Stripe account in order to process our transactions.

Security Policy

Your information is secure – You’re safe with me. We utilize the above-listed processors and, therefore, keep no personal information on our servers. This means that your order updates and confirmations will be handled through the checkout system of your choice.

Delivery Policy

Once orders are processed, usually within two to four business days, they are sent via USPS or FedEx using 2-3 day shipping options. Flat Rate Priority Boxes and shipping methods are used for most products. Please adhere to all terms of using delivery addresses capable of receiving packaged items.

Return Policy

No Cancellations or Returns on herbs or custom item orders. Most items are unavailable for returns due to the method in which they are processed, crafted, or created per your request and payment. This is why an additional confirmation is sent before shipping to ensure ‘No Return’ to the sender/vendor.

We understand that there are certain things that happen that are beyond our control, so it’s important to make sure that we’re able to manage our reality. Allergic reactions, unexplained damage, or faulty delivery boys…it happens. Contact us so we can discuss. We include insurance with our shipments, especially on paintings or other large items.
